Terms of use

Effective 23 August 2026. These terms set out what this desk publishes about a Windsor kid-led hour, what it does not do, and the basis on which you may use the material. Venues named in the notes publish their own documents, and those govern any visit you arrange with them.

What these pages are

brickbrief publishes independent editorial notes about LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and three kinds of alternative Berkshire day. The notes are orientation. They are not admissions, not a reservation engine and not advice that a particular date will be open. Times, closures and prices change at the venue. Confirm them there.

Who we are not

We are not affiliated with LEGOLAND, Merlin Entertainments, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Windsor Castle or Historic Royal Palaces. Names of venues appear because readers compare real days. Appearance is not endorsement and not a partnership. Brick marks and character names as products belong to their owners; this desk describes hours and lands.

Permitted use

You may read, share a link and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy the notes as if they were your own guide, scrape the pages for a competing product, or present the desk as an admissions desk. The sigil, the layout and the photographs are licensed for this site only.

No reliance as admission

Nothing here is an offer to sell admission, travel or insurance. If a sentence looks like a promise of access, read it as a description of a typical route, then check the operator. We are not responsible for a missed coach, a closed land or a change to a published last-entry time.

Enquiry form

The form on these pages does not post to a server. A draft is stored in your browser while you type; a local copy is stored after send. That behaviour is described in the privacy notice and the cookie policy. A success card is not a contract and not a reservation.

Liability

To the extent English law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on a note without checking the venue, or from a third-party site you reach through a link. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. The notes are provided as published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer who lives elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also use the courts of their home nation where that is their right.
