Effective 23 August 2026. This policy describes local storage these pages use, the external font request, and what is absent: advertising and cross-site tracking. Venues named in the notes publish their own documents, and those govern any visit you arrange with them.
What this policy covers
These pages are static files. They do not set advertising cookies and they do not embed social pixels. They do use the browser's local storage for three editorial jobs: a consent flag, a form draft while you type, and a submitted copy after send. They may also request web fonts from Google Fonts. This policy is effective 23 August 2026.
Consent flag
When you accept the banner, we store {brand}_consent (preview: brickbrief_consent) on this device. That flag only records that you saw the notice. It is not a profile and it is not shared. You can clear it in the browser; the banner will return.
Form draft and submitted copy
While you type an enquiry, fields are written to {brand}_form_draft. After a successful send the draft is removed and {brand}_form_contact holds a local copy of what you submitted. Both keys stay on your device. They are not cookies in the HTTP sense; they are local storage. The privacy notice explains why they exist. Clearing site data removes both. We cannot retrieve them from Claremont Road.
Fonts
Display and body fonts are requested from Google Fonts. That request may set cookies or logs on Google's side under Google's own policies. If you block third-party requests, the pages still read in a system font. We do not use fonts as an advertising identifier.
What is absent
No analytics suite is installed in the copy we ship. No remarketing pixel is present. These pages have no shop, so no purchase cookie is set. If a host later adds a log or a CDN cookie at the server layer, that host should disclose it; this desk's HTML does not add one.
How to refuse
Use the browser controls to block third-party requests and to clear local storage for this host. You can still call or write. The form will not remember a draft if storage is blocked. Questions: privacy@brickbrief.pro.
